Booking is nice and simple! Just head over to our online booking page, select your preferred
date, time, and paddock, and complete the payment. You’ll get an instant confirmation email,
followed by a text and email reminder with your gate access code two hours before your
session starts.
Not at all! All bookings are completely exclusive. You will have sole, private use of your
chosen paddock for the entire 55-minute session.
We offer a full refund or reschedule if you give us at least 24 hours' notice. To reschedule
within that window, please contact us directly.
Yes, absolutely. Your booking gives you exclusive use of your chosen paddock. You won’t be
sharing the space with any other dogs or strangers, allowing you and your dog to relax
completely.
Our paddocks are enclosed by 6-foot, high-tensile wire fencing. We’ve also added an extra
layer of reinforced netting along the bottom to ensure even the smallest dogs can't squeeze
through. The boundary is checked daily for peace of mind. Please note: While our fencing is
highly secure, we cannot accept liability for dogs that are known high-jumpers.
Yes, we have on-site parking. The Big Paddock has dedicated parking for two cars, and the
Small Paddock has space for one car.
Yes, there are booking packages where you can buy in bulk and receive discounts.
We have two beautiful spaces to choose from:
The Big Paddock: 2.3 acres
The Small Paddock: 1.3 acres
Both offer plenty of space to run, featuring mature trees, bushes, and lots of exciting places
to play!
You are welcome to bring up to a maximum of 8 dogs per session. Please select the relevant
number of dogs when making your booking.
Yes! You can book online for up to 8 dogs. If you would like to bring a larger group, please
contact us at hello@thefairydogmotherfields.com to make arrangements.
Yes, XL Bullies are very welcome at Fairy Dogmother Fields! To comply with regulations, we
just ask that you email us a copy of your Certificate of Exemption and proof of public liability
insurance before your first booking.
We have everything you and your dog need for a great visit! Our fields feature trees, bushes, sandpits for digging, tunnels, and plenty of fresh water. Each field has a shelter, seating, convenient parking, complimentary poo bags, and plenty of waste bins.
We don’t provide any toys or balls, but you are more than welcome to bring your own! We
just ask that you take them all home with you and clear away any broken pieces or debris
before you leave.
To keep the fields clean and safe for everyone, the paddocks are checked daily and the poo
bins are emptied regularly. We kindly ask all visitors to pick up after their dogs using the
bags and bins provided.
Yes, children are more than welcome, provided they are supervised by an adult at all times.
Please note that all sandpits and play structures are strictly for dogs!
Both of our paddocks are located on sloping, uneven terrain. If you or your dog are
uncomfortable walking on hilly or uneven ground, our fields might not be the best fit for you.
We operate a strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy across the entire site to keep the
environment clean and safe for all of our visitors.
Unfortunately, due to the naturally sloping and uneven ground, our paddocks are not suitable
for wheelchair users.
Yes, you may occasionally see cows in the neighbouring fields, as well as local wildlife like
rabbits and pheasants around the paddocks. If your dog has a high prey drive and can jump
higher than 6 feet (2 metres), the field may not be secure enough for them. Please note that
you remain fully responsible for your dog and any damage caused if they manage to escape.
If the person before you overstays their time, please do not enter the field. You must still
adhere to your scheduled exit time, but please report the overstay to us afterwards so we
can address it.
If your dog isn't a fan of the rain or snow, we highly recommend checking the forecast ahead
of time! You can easily reschedule your slot free of charge up to 24 hours before your
session, please contact hello@thefairydogmotherfields.com or call 07790 363664.
In the rare event that we have to close the field due to extreme weather, we will contact you
directly, so it’s always a good idea to check your emails before leaving home on a stormy
day.
